A conformal-basis treatment of radiative scattering data at null infinity, with emphasis on asymptotic symmetry constraints, soft limits, and the separation of bulk model assumptions from boundary observables. The paper establishes a common comparison framework for flat-space scattering calculations used across Wyman reference models.
